CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand how disappointing it can be to cancel an expedition. Months of preparation, training, and anticipation go into every journey, and having to withdraw can be frustrating. At MAN TO MOUNTAIN™ , we strive to make the process fair and flexible with our adventure friendly cancellation policy.

More than 60 days before the expedition’s start date:

 Future Credit Option:

100% of the amount paid can be transferred as a future credit, issued as a voucher of the same value. This voucher can be used for any of our expeditions/treks within one year of the original expedition date. Any difference in the quotation will apply as per the current rates.

OR

Refund Option:

You may opt for a refund of 85% of the expedition/trek quotation. The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Between 60 to 30 days before the expedition’s start date:

Future Credit Option:

85% of the amount paid can be transferred as a future credit (same name).

75% if transferred to a different name.

The voucher must be used within one year from the original expedition date, with applicable price adjustments.

OR

Refund Option:

You may opt for a refund of 70%, processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Between 30 to 10 days before the expedition’s start date:

Future Credit Option:

70% of the amount paid can be transferred as a future credit (same name).

65% if transferred to a different name.

The voucher must be used within one year, with applicable price adjustments.

OR

Refund Option:

You may opt for a refund of 40%, processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Less than 10 days before the expedition’s start date:

Refunds are not applicable.

Future Credit Option:

50% of the amount can be transferred as a future credit (same name).

40% if transferred to a different name.

The voucher must be used within one year, with applicable price adjustments.

To cancel your booking:

Email us at info@mantomountain.com with your preferred option. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation.

IN CASE OF EXPEDITION CANCELLATION :

Before the expedition’s start date:

We rarely cancel expeditions. However, in the case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities (storms, floods, landslides, earthquakes), political unrest, government restrictions, subjective/objective hazards, or safety concerns, we will issue a voucher for the full amount as future credit.

This voucher can be used for any of our expeditions/treks within one year from the original expedition date, with applicable price adjustments.

After the expedition has commenced:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an expedition after it has started due to natural calamities, political unrest, government restrictions, subjective/objective hazards, or safety concerns, no refund or voucher will be issued.

FINAL NOTES:

All vouchers issued as future credit are non-transferable beyond the stated conditions.

Future expedition prices are subject to revision, and any price difference must be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds will not be applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

  If a participant chooses to leave the activity midway for any reason, no refund or future credit will be issued.
